Product Outline

SEALFLEX series products are adopted in various applications such as air seals, water seals and toner seals by making use of characteristics of polyurethane, polyolefin and rubber sponge which are produced by means of INOAC’s original foaming technologies.
The SEALFLEX series is characterized by a variety of materials that excel in the following aspects: lightweight properties; structural strengths including tensile strength; shock-absorbing properties; flame resistance; weather resistance; and chemical resistance.

Features

Polyurethane foam-based sealing materials (PU):
These are urethane cellular porous media which are sealing materials and have water sealing, air sealing, and toner sealing functions.

1. EKS: Water sealing material that excels in lightweight properties, hydrolysis resistance, and low combustibility
   
2. EHW: Air sealing material that excels in lightweight properties and low hardness.
   
3. F-30G: Toner sealing material that excels in lightweight properties and halogen-free low combustibility.
   
4. NFE: Semi-open cell sealing material equipped with skins that excel in high water sealing properties.
   

Rubber sponge-based sealing materials (RS)
These are EPDM-based rubber f cellular porous media which are sealing materials and have a water sealing function.

1. E-7005: This is a sealing material which consists of closed cells, but has low hardness, and excels in weather resistance and chemical resistance.
   
2. E-4088: This is a closed cell water sealing material which excels in weather resistance and chemical resistance.
3. E-8000: This is a semi-open cell water sealing material which excels in weather resistance and chemical resistance.
