Product Outline

Air intake ducts are functional parts that serve to introduce air into engines. INOAC develops these parts by using acoustic analysis and pressure loss analysis, starting in the phase of product design. We contribute to pedestrian safety by developing air intake ducts which lead to pedestrian protection. We handle sound deadening parts for resonators, and deal with complicated decorative designs by using molding and welding technologies. As a result, a high reputation has been built among customers, for our achievements including costs.

Injection molding technologies, blow molding technology, and welding technology.

Features

  1. Development by making full use of analysis technology.
By using acoustic analysis, pressure loss analysis, and structural analysis, it is possible to offer proposals for designs meeting the required performance.

  2. High cost-effectiveness
Optimum costs can be proposed due to injection, blow molding, and welding technologies.

  3. Reduction in noises

Function

  1. Safety
These parts are superior in impact absorption properties due to internal shapes of products, and have the function to reduce heads injuries in crashes, thereby contributing to occupant protection.

  2. Sealing properties
Driving noise and engine noise are reduced by installing urethane moldings, felts, etc. inside of products.

  3. Environmental considerations
The waste produced in the production process is separated and recycled.

  4. Acoustic performance
Specifications of air intake ducts and resonators are decided by acoustic analysis, thereby reducing engine noise.

  5. Reduction of pressure loss
Specifications of efficient air intake ducts are decided by pressure loss analysis.

  6. Pedestrian protection
Pedestrian protection is ensured by using structural analysis.

  7. Sound deadening
Specifications of resonators which are efficient for noise reduction are decided by acoustic analysis. Low-noise ducts are developed.
