High Performance type PU, Olefin, and Rubber sponge

Product Outline

INOAC supplies a wide variety of high performance foam grades to automotive, electronic, medical, and other industrial fields. Pertinent materials handled are polyurethane foam, polyethylene foam, and rubber sponge, all of which have excellent flame resistance and antimicrobial properties.

Features

1. Low combustibility type
   A flame retardant is added, resulting in flame resistance being provided.
   


2. Halogen-free type
   Eco-friendly flame retardants are used.


3. Antimicrobial type
   Antimicrobial additives are added to PU and PE.


4. Water absorbing foam
   PU that spontaneously absorbs water due to a special compounding technology.

Functions

1. Low combustibility
   PU foam for automotive applications passed FMVSS302 test. PU foam for use in office electronic equipment and household electrical appliances passed UL-94 HF-1 test.


2. Antimicrobial properties
   SAQ-AG contains an antimicrobial additive with superior water absorbing properties.
