Side Mudguards

Product Outline

As the name indicates, side mudguards are parts that serve to protect the sides of vehicles from splashed mud. However, various shapes and decorations are required for these parts. Therefore, INOAC develops high-quality products by using CAE analysis, starting in the phase of product design. Not only a coating technology but also an assembly technology for additional parts has been established, with the result that diverse customer needs are met.

   Complicated ornamental design shapes are available through injection molding technology.

   Various ornamental designs are available whether or not coating or decoration is required. A large number of types of high-luminance mudguards are produced.

Performance

1. Protection of automobile bodies
   These parts block stones and mud from roads, and prevent automobile bodies and bumpers from getting rusted or scratched.


2. Running stability
   Necessary shapes calculated by CAE analysis can be reproduced by the injection molding technology. The airflow entering the undersides of vehicles is properly controlled, with the result that running stability is secured and that fuel consumption is reduced.


3. Environmental considerations
   The waste produced in the production process is separated and recycled.
